Angie Tackett was my contact with Roofing Pros. She put our family at ease with a no hassle quote, roof tarp, and walked us through each step to get a new roof. Shingle color samples were left, and we were able to take our time picking out the perfect color.

My insurance company said that the damage was normal wear and tear and that there was less than $800 in damages. That was less than my deductible, so the insurance company said they would not pay. Ken from Roofing Pro's showed me pictures of my roof proving what was wind damage. They sued my insurance company for me and won. All I had to pay was my $1000 deductible for a brand new roof. I would recommend them.

Concerned about our ageing 16 year old roof, we googled roofing companies in our area. Contacted Roofing Pros USA for an inspection/estimate - their inspector stated the roof definitely needs to be replaced: shingles are cracked, curling and lifted. Pros USA photographed the deteriorated areas of the roof and contacted our Home warranty (hazard) insurance company. Jeanette (Roofing Pros-sales rep provided excellent customer service) assisted with the home warranty claim, after an initial denial, the insurer accepted the claim. The roofing crew members were very courteous and respectful. Randy and Jake monitored the installation at least two times daily; answering any questions that arose. Damaged plywood/underlayment was replaced with new materials not masked or hidden. Quality Tamko architectural 30 year shingles and underlayment were installed. Excellent cleanup, using a magnetize rack (innovative) to remove fallen nails and debris from the property. Roofing Pros did a great job replacing the roof on our home. The Project Manager, Ken Brier, was a great communicator during the entire process. The installation crew did a nice job removing the old shingles and protecting our landscaping. They also checked the wood decking and made sure everything was good before nailing down the new shingles. The installation looks good and they cleaned up the entire perimeter of the house.

They did a very good job and on time.

Roofing Pros USA was great from start to finish! From the beginning Ken Brier was helpful and attentive to our situation. We got a bad deal from our insurance company in regards to our deductible. Ken helped us through the situation and Roofing Pros provided the financing we needed for the difference. Ken always remained in touch with us and provided timely updates in regards to the process.
